Shipping cost is not free , We will inform u to pay the balance when statue is ready shipped, Every product we will offer an estimated shipping cost in the mail.
About Delivery
All the in-stock products, we will ship out as soon as possible. We will wait for the studios to send the products to our shipper warehouse (Not ship it out immediately when we get your order).
Pre-Sale products will depend on the official release time to arrange shipping time. Almost all Heavy products will go to sea transportation to reduce shipping fees unless you want to get products faster, then you can pick other shipping options(2-3 times the cost of sea transportation).
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience.
Our statues are not small products, most of them are large (larger in the package) and heavy as well. So we will basically go through sea transportation. The checkout stage will show the estimated days needed for the delivery. Please Do Not place an order if consumers can’t bear a long time of pre-order and transportation process.
The tracking number of delivery will not available at beginning when it is in sea transit process(tracking be shown as “Label Created”), but it will be updated once arrived in your country.
