How to pre-order?

Pre-sale products: Pay Deposit → Send orders to the studio →Wait for the production complete→ Pay the rest of payment also shipping payment(we will send an Email to you to request shipping payment)

I can’t find the item that I want, can you get them in stock?
Feel free to contact us if you need items that are not already in the store, we will try to find them and get back to you with a quote if possible.

How much is shipping cost to my country?

We will send you an email to request shipping payment after you make an order of a statue.(any shipping costs estimation please feel free to ask).

If item arrived damaged?

We take extreme care in packaging our shipments to help minimize the risk of damage the best we can. That being said, sometimes damages can occur during transit. Don’t fret! We will do everything in our power to support. Majority of the studios do have a warranty to help fix or replace any damaged pieces. The best way to go about it is to contact us with clear photos of the damages, and we will help you go through the correct process in getting the issue resolved. Please bare in mind that we are just the middleman, and do not have control over the studios procedures. Studios are the ones that decide what solutions are possible/available and every situation is handled on a case by case basis.

Please note that you must contact us via email within 7 days of the package arrival for any damage assistance support. Failure to contact us within 7 days may result in the studio’s denying any after sale support.
