Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
Please take note of our refund and cancellation policies outlined below:
【In Stock】 Products
Customers can cancel orders within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, including the deposit. After this period, deposit refunds are not available.Returns within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund, with the buyer covering return shipping costs. Refunds are based on the item’s condition. Damaged statues due to human factors are non-refundable, but repairable parts can be fixed for an extra fee.
【Pre-sale】 Products
Regarding the deposit, once we submit the order to the studio, refunds are no longer possible because we have already transferred these funds to the studio, and as per their requirements, we are unable to obtain a refund.Once our products have been signed for, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds due to human-related factors unless the product has sustained damage during transit. If such damage occurs, please gather evidence by taking photos and sending them to us. We will then initiate replacement requests with the relevant studios, which may incur an additional charge if applicable.
Lost Packages:
Missing packages in transit can happen sometimes. If a package is identified as lost, we will fully refund your order.
Sea Shipping:
If your shipment fails to reach your address within a period of 3 months, we will provide a 20% refund of the freight cost. If the shipment does not arrive after 5 months, we will consider it lost and issue a full refund, including the shipping freight.
Air Shipping:
If your shipment does not reach your address within a period of one and a half months, we will provide a 20% refund of the freight cost. If the shipment does not arrive after three months, we will deem it lost and issue a full refund, including the shipping freight.
